DUH!
Back when I lived in apartments we had these things called thermostats. I don't recall a setting for goose-down-comforter-in-the-middle-of-a-Texas-summer setting on them though.
Yes, we have thermostats too, but my roommie and I are also cheap, so we don't like to turn it down too much. Anyone want to pay my electric bill?
